Outdoor Activities:
Okay, before I get into our list of different activities, I wanted to explain why it is SO important to get outside. The number one reason to get outside is for the FRESH AIR. Stop being indoors and breathing in everyone and your own recycled air. That’s actually how allergies started, because you’re allergic to being outside. Hence, you’re body is more use to being inside and when it goes outside it gets confused and it doesn’t believe it’s in its natural habit (which is ironic, because we’re suppose to live outside). So, go outside more!
In addition, being outside ALWAYS lifts my mood, seeing and being in nature ALWAYS makes me feel better. Even if you’re just going on a little nature preserve walk, I promise, seeing how pretty the trees and little streams are, will instantly make you feel better. I’m also a firm believer in the cold making you feel better. I’m still always outside even in the winter, and I SWEAR that’s why I DON’T get sick in the winter time.
